This page contains style files for submissions (in all tracks) to the 2014 workshop on semantic technologies for research in the humanities and social sciences (STRiX).

All submissions must follow the format described (and exemplified) in the style guide available as ‘template.pdf’.

The recommended method of preparing submissions is by using the LaTeX and BibTeX typesetting environment. These tools are available free of charge for all major operating systems, i.e. Linux, MacOS, and MS Windows; in many cases, LaTeX and BibTeX should be pre-installed. For general background, please see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LaTeX and http://www.latex-project.org/guides/.

The archive ‘latex.zip’ contains the LaTeX and BibTeX style files.

For authors who cannot use LaTeX, templates are available for LibreOffice and MS Word; these are ‘template.odt’ and ‘template.doc'.

The organizers have sought to make all three versions of the templates as similar as possible. When in doubt, please consult the PDF version of the style guide (which is generated from LaTeX).
